Research field

Measurements of deformations -  The study of deformations by clinometric measurements (variation of the slope), measurements of levelling (variations of altitude), electro-optical measurements of distances (variations of distances between  fixed points on the volcano). remote sensing. Data transmission. Digital transmission, VHF-UHF-GMS-WIFI. Continuous tilt measurements are used for ground deformation monitoring in many volcanic areas and are usually used to record middle-short term eruption precursors
