Nelle ultime 24 ore sono avvenuti due episodi parossistici al cratere Voragine dell'Etna, uno nella serata del 4 dicembre 2015 nell'intervallo delle ore 20:30-21:15 UTC (= ore locali -1), e il secondo nel pomeriggio del 5 dicembre nell'intervallo delle ore 14:55-15:35 UTC. Questi parossismi hanno ripetuto in quasi tutti i dettagli quelli avvenuti nelle prime ore del 3 dicembre e nella mattinata del 4 dicembre, con alte fontane di lava e colonne eruttive alte molti chilometri.

During the past 24 hours, two further paroxysmal episodes have occurred at the Voragine crater of Etna, one on the evening of 4 December 2015 between 20:30 and 21:15 UTC (= local time -1), and the second on the afternoon of 5 December, between 14:55 and 15:35 UTC. These paroxysms have been repetitions in virtually all details of those on the early morning of 3 December and on the forenoon of 4 December, with tall lava fountains and eruption columns many kilometers high.
